RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cartigo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order ID is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care products

  • Innerwear items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please share:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Packaging images

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • In case of COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • In some cases, we may arrange reverse pickup depending on service availability.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider/bank

  3. Wait a few business days for processing
